MUTANT. Jean is a class five mutant and is considered to be one of the most powerful mutants. Though Jean's power was partitioned off to allow her to control it those 'walls' have begun to break down, seeing Jean's power grow in strength and sometimes be outside of her control.
TELEKINESIS. Jean has the ability to move things with her mind, and for larger objects will often guide them with her hand to allow for more precise control. She is able to levitate herself and other people, project telekinetic energy to move or destroy things, create telekinetic shields, absorb and manipulate energy and, using her full power, alter the molecular structure of objects to the point of disintegration.
TELEPATHY. Jean is able to read the minds of others and project her own thoughts to communicate telepathically. She is also able to detect the minds of others, finding their locations, restore memories that have been taken, manipulate the minds of others ( inc. memory alteration, causing sleep/influence actions, and speak through someone ), glimpse future events ( often in nightmares ), create psionic blasts, suppress someone's powers, and create psionic shields to protect her mind from mental intrusion.
MEDICINE. Jean is a trained medical doctor and is knowledgeable about mutant physiology through practice.
PILOT. Jean is able to pilot the jets the X-Men use.
